Guest guest
Sue, I've been hearing about the London fog . . . Combined with winter . . .could it be that the air quality has been really bad with the fireplaces burning and you are reacting to stagnant air? An inability to get sufficient air can make anyone feeling desperate. I suspect that's what's going on since you checked out OK. When they talk about "waterboarding" prisoners to torture them, they're relying on the desperate feeling that comes when ones air supply is cut off. That could account for your heart pounding and sweating. Any way you can ensure good air quality around you. Maybe a bronchial dilator to open the airway? It probably requires a prescription . . but ask the pharmacist. Love, Rogene gibbense@... wrote: Lynda I forgot to mention my breathing has got really bad lately. I have had my heart checked a few times in the past and everything is ok ?? Sue
