he said he has only explanted two women in 23 years, he also said i

would not be happy as i have no breast tissue. I know i do not have

any breast tissue, but first of all i want to live and second of all

isn't there something they can do for me or do i need a masectomy

There are other procedures to create breasts out of ones own tissues - but they are painful, expensive and have their own risks.
