Joanne,

I'm not sure what you mean here. Do you mean it's better to have ghee than

butter? I'm having goat butter because I can't find decent butter here.

There's some health food stores with organic cow butter but it costs even

more than the goat butter. I figured the goats probably aren't getting. I

thought it would be at least better and I was able to increase the amount

of this more than I could with regular butter than cow butter or CO thus

bringing me to my minimum fat requirements and ketosis sooner.
