Hypo and flushes?

I have Hypoglycemia, I cannot fast or do juice fasts, etc. How do I go about

a liver and gall bladder cleanse? I'm new here, and appreciate all I'm

learning from you all. I must eat every 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. max. or my blood

sugar starts crashing and I don't just get weird feeling or cranky...I am

dizzy, lightheaded and almost passing out losing conciousness. I am a

drinker. I'll be honest. I only drink 3 to 5 drinks a night now, but over

the years have been a heavy drinker. This of course does not help my hypo,

nor my liver or gallbladder...and probably the cause of my feeling so bad!

So please, no lectures there...ok? I am off all sugar and low carb it,

except for my few vodka's a night with diet 7-up. I'm working on that. I

know that's the root of my probems. Any help with this situation with me

being in this current situation? I have no obvious gall bladder problems,

but do have lately a swollen belly real bad, and of course there's the hypo

that hit me real hard last year out of nowhere. Both liver related I

believe. Anyway, I want to get well. Not to drink...but to get well and

want more of a life so I don't want to drink. I'm not depressed or miserable

and for that reason drink, I started drinking as a young adult partying and

it just hung with me and became a habit/addiction. Anyway there's all the

facts I think, if anyone has any guidance or direction for me I'd appreciate

it sooo much.
