Thanks to all who have posted and reposted and posted again

about how to make Atkins Rolls, written poems about them, etc.

I am just getting comfortable with cooking, so I try to get plenty of

info before I try anything. I printed out about 6 different posts

about Atkins and tried them on Saturday.

HEAVENLY!!!!! We had cheeseburgers that we could hold in our

hands and eat the old-fashioned way! DH was impressed as

well, so I'll be making more soon, many more!

Thanks again, your patience in reposting has really helped me

(and probably others like me).
