,It was about two years post explant before I realized that my sensitivities had gone away (almost) after explant. The went away very slowly. Up to that point, I hadn't connected my sensitivities to my implants. Now, the only thing that really bothers me is eye makeup. . .Virgin coconut oil is wonderful for the skin . . . Right now, it takes a really big exposure for me to react! . . . One of the symptoms (before I made the connection between how I felt and exposure to chemicals) was deep depression. . . I would be fine . . . go out among smokers and scents . . . then be so down the next day that I just wanted to sit in the middle of the floor and bawl . . I really had to talk to myself. I made some bad decisions on those down days before I make the connection. Once I made the connection, I could give myself some time to bounce back - or stay away from the chemicals altogether. The doctor gave me all kinds of antihistamines that actually made

me worse. . . I thought that, if I felt that bad with medication, I'd be much worse without it . . . After seeing an allergist who explained it to me, I stopped all the medications - It didn't make any difference. . . But I felt better.It does take time though! . . . When it comes to this kind of sensitivity, I think the far infrared sauna is outstanding. I didn't have one at the time. I modified L.Ron Hubbard's "Clear Body, Clear Mind" program to use with the hot tub. Not necessarily a smart thing to do because the toxins go into the water you continue to sit in! . . . And, I reached a point where there are so many toxins floating around in my body that I was pretty much out of it. I'd suggest that anyone following his program have someone on hand to supervise you. . . It involves using a lot of supplements to offset the vitamins lost through sweat, plus a large amount of niacin. The program has been successfully used at detox centers sponsored by

the Scientology church across the country. . . Tom Cruise bought a bunch of infrared saunas for the NYC fire department members who were sick from the 9/11 toxins so they could get better.I don't agree with the Scientology church, but I figure everyone's entitled to at least one good idea, regardless!Rogene

if you can't eat what you want . . . My response is that there are worse things than dying!He doesn't 'understand' my participation in implant support - but he does accept it.But our marriage is solid now. . . and he's taken excellent care of me through some recent health problems. . . At one time, I thought I would die of neglect if I couldn't take care of my own needs.A lot of the husbands have had a change of heart after seeing their wive/partners get so much better after getting their implant out. IMHO, most guys want to 'fix' things . . . seeing their wives sick and not knowing how to fix it, is more than some of them can handle.Hugs,Rogene

I can see charging if the patient decides not to use the surgeon -

But if the surgeon decided he/she doesn't want to do it, I'd call foul!

they work for you! . . .No work, no pay!

They all want money.

I cannot work like I once did.

They do not care that we are all sick.

The makers of these implants let woman breast feed their babies.

Their sick in one sense, we are all sick another.

It's all about money money money.

Greed has brought the world to this ?

I saw that video clip advertising BOOBS.

Made me sick to my stomach, a very young girl

Not Even a woman yetfor goodness sakes.!

These kids see the adults advertising a product

Than mom runs out and buys her a set of boobs

for graduation instead of a car.

The children today are so influenced and trusting.

I cannot imagine a young woman just out of high school

with a new set of boobs and a few months later if not

right away, her immune system starts shutting down.

The makers of these products and the ones condoning

it need to take responsibility. Sooner or later they will

be held accountable.

You betcha the plastic surgeons offices are saying

Don't believe none of the stories you hear on the internet.
