Guest guest
Hi all, I am having surgery this week. It is scheduled for Friday, but may actually be bumped up a day or two. For any of you detox-ers: I have made a list of things I believe I can initially do within the first few weeks after surgery, using suppliments and therapies I am familiar with. After surgery. I will be BROKE. Please let me know if anything glaring sticks out at you, such as wrong dosages, too few or too many times per week, etc.... I have followed a gluten free and casein free diet for the past two years ( with setbacks...can anyone say " pizza? " ) I believe I need to be off of gluten -- as my son has gluten problems and also has autism ( they go hand in hand), although since he is out of town all summer, I have been eating gluten like crazy! Dawn’s Detox: Candida diet 70 ounces of water per day ( I weight about 140) NO: Red meat Wheat Pork Dairy Eggs Bell peppers Idaho potatoes Tomatoes Bananas YES: Cranberry water 64 ounces (8 oz. 100% Cranberry juice rest water) 6 more ounces of water chicken deep water fish beans curry ( w/ tumeric) rice sweet potatoes vegetables gluten free yeast free bread SUPPLIMENTS: probiotics Multi Fish oil – 1 T per 100 pounds of body weight Bromelain 300 mg 3x day GSE ( for yeast) Magnesium OLE Sublingual b12 (?) DETOX: Coffee enema (1x per week) Detox foot pads ( nightly) If I can afford to get them Epsom salt bath (3x week) Clay bath (1x per week) If you know my personality, you know I go rather hardcore with the things I do, so I am all for being aggressive about the detox. If I should lighten up too, post-surgery, please let me know. Thanks! Dawn
