Guest guest
Coming off a fast requires common sense, and eating lightly. The reason is that your digestive juices are not flowing well, and they need time to get primed up again. So, it is important to eat things that have high water content, and also enzymes to help digest foods well. Watermelon is my favorite fast breaker. You can also use something like steamed zucchini, or vegetable broths. PattyRogene S <saxony01@...> wrote: Sandy . . . It sounds like you're off to a good start . . . Adding some probiotics is the only thing I'd suggest for the time being.Remember, the idea is to starve the yeasties, not you! . . . When you start feeling better, you'll be moving more and the weight should start coming off too. Patty has some good recommendations about what to eat when coming off a fast . . .
