Guest guest
please disregard .... i made a mistake i will send you the response to this when i get it ------------------------------------------------------------------------ WACMA Site: http://www.pressenter.com/~wacma Your Personal support group member page: http://www.eGroups.com/group/chiari/ **Avoid List Congestion: Unsubscribe from this list: mailto:chiari-unsubscribeegroups Contact list mgmt: mailto:chiari-owneregroups ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Talk to your group with your own voice! -- /VoiceChatPage?listName=chiari & m=1 I have now had an MRI of the brain, and MRA of the brain, and according to the doctors they don't see chiari, however, the MRI always cuts off RIGHT at the tonsil so it is just so hard to see. Now I am getting an MRI of the c-spine, but not the brain AND c-spine. Is an MRI of just the brain adequate to see chiari? Will it be visiabl with just the c-spine MRI? Does the head and neck have to be at a certain angle to see chiari, or is just straight okay too. MY neurologist was willing to read dr. Milorat's paper on chiari redefined. I was thankful for that. Good news, my neuro does not think it is MS.. but he did think some of it was stress (which I agree with), but he added that he was NOT willing to chalk anything up to stress untill he has rulled all other possibilities out. I thought that was nice and balanced.
