The County Deputy's are good guys, not sure about the Richmond guys though, it looks like there are a lot of them. I was just home on vacation a week ago and drive by their building several times. Since I am a dispatcher for a small community (17000) in Illinois I thought about dropping in to see how they do it. I'm sure you'll do great. $8,000 raise? Maybe I need to move back home!
