Guest guest
Paz, It sounds like you are detoxing. You might have made changes quicker than what your body is ready for. I would suggest starting with one change at a time. For me coconut oil causes the biggest detox, so I'm concentrating more on other changes until my body can handle that better. On the candida support group they recommend starting with a quarter teaspoon 3 times a day, but I was reacting heavily even to that amount. If you are taking more than that then I would cut down. If you are taking only that, then look at all the changes you've made and choose what to back down on (maybe less CO or another change). Guest guest
Paz, 11 days is a very short time to see any positive changes, you would surely start with detoxing. This is unfortunately a long term plan. > Paz, > It sounds like you are detoxing. You might have made changes quicker than > what your body is ready for.
