Joanne,

My body is like yours, it feels better on very low carbs, lower than the 50

or so grams that I'm supposed to be able to have. I've been having less

than 10g or sometimes barely more than that. I don't think I'm choosing it

though.

Something that is very new to me is that I really am not hungry and I

really don't want it. I'd have to force myself. Already right now I have to

remind myself to eat, and when I prepare the required portion I have

difficulty finishing it. I'm now having lower than all the requirements,

but I doubt it would be good for me to force myself, what do you think?

Joanne,

Remind me how long you've been on a ketogenic diet?
