Guest guest
Hi Joanne, I thought I read Bee saying that we need to switch over to fat burning, isn't that the same thing as ketosis? For me once I'm having high fats, my body seems to naturally not want vegetables, or only a cup a day at most. I've been meaning to ask Bee how long she thought the all meat and fat program is ok for, but I'm not on all meat and fat yet anyway. I guess I might have found out then her view on ketosis. Do you know what she thinks is wrong with it? April On Thu, Jan 12, 2012 at 5:09 PM, Joanne Ford wrote: > ** > > > April > > Bee and I have slightly different views on the value of ketosis.
