Guest guest
Hi Barry, I've contemplated taking supplements, but as of yet (post-surgery), I haven't. I'm not sure I need to, but I'm open to it. I think that eating real foods, as close to the way nature provides them, is the first thing I can do to stay healthy. I have in the past, taken supplements, like Vitamin C, and essential minerals in liquid form, etc. and I may again start taking them. But for the present, I've been concentrating on a fairly meatless diet (but not non-dairy), and eating organic fruits and veggies-including ones that are supposed to be good for the liver, like apples, grapefruit, beets, and radishes-as well as plenty of water(reverse osmosis). We have a really neat organic farm nearby, where I can get very fresh produce. Also, I do plan on doing a yearly parasite cleanse. I just wanted to have you clarify the source of your dairy products. In general, dairy products are so poisonous.....loaded with hormones, steroids, pesticides, casein (glue), pus, bacteria, manure, and on and on. As an aside, your diet is admirable compared to mine! At least I do valiantly in my consumption of 'Aerobic' water, sipping at will throughout my day. Best wishes for your glowing health......Betsy Adrienne wrote: > But for the present, I've been > concentrating on a fairly meatless diet (but not non-dairy), and eating > organic fruits and veggies-including ones that are supposed to be good > for the liver, like apples, grapefruit, beets, and radishes-as well as > plenty of water(reverse osmosis). Guest guest
Hi Betsy, I buy organic dairy products(cage free, etc.) as well. I've read quite a bit about the problems associated with eating dairy, but for now, I'm not prepared to avoid it. I'm not allergic to it, that I know of, and it provides a portion of the protein in my diet. As always though, I'm open to learning more. I got rid of the soy in my diet-and I loved soy milk.
