Guest guest
Dear Sunny - rest up, and I hope you feel a spring in your step again soon - oh and you just enjoy that garlic! Sunny <wellnessnow@...> wrote: I was at my son's babysitting this weekend..They went to a Youth Retreat as leaders, with my 13 yr. old granddaughter ...she's a worship leader...sings beautifully, God has given her a valuable gift. I was very ill with head cold and bronchial/viral pneumonia. I'd been sick for 10 days already, but things took a turn for the worse on the weekend.Wow, Sunday a.m. at 4:30,we had to go to emergency with Emma (3) (coughing 45 minutes straight...with her RTS it's scary sometimes) and (8) coughing and wheezing, and (6) - Wow, he has a kidney disease and is usually the one going to the hospital -- he was o.k.!! for a change. I was very congested and my cough was horrible. Anyhoooz, we all survived. I was the only one who had "noises" in the stethoscope. It seemed to pass rather quickly within a couple of days, for the children, and I broke through my "horror" today after days of eating garlic and taking Oil of Oregano and lots of water. I was walking around with garlic breath saying, "who cares?" A Ukrainian with an attitude! lolSure miss out on alot when I don't check my messages for a few days. My son & wife don't have the Internet right now, so tonight was the first time I had the energy or time to check my email.Love to all, at your different stages of healing and explanting!Thank You, Sandy for the inspirational posts. I saved the Rainy Day picture, as well as the Waterfall. Just looking at those calms me down!Sunny __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Darling , thanks for your loving kindness. I am feeling so much better today. On my days off this week, I'm heading 1 hour away to where I used to live in a little cabin in the woods. Staying overnight and taking in that fresh mountain air. Hope to see some critters too! I really appreciate your personality and loving disposition. God bless you, Sunny > I was at my son's babysitting this weekend..They went to a Youth > Retreat as leaders, with my 13 yr. old granddaughter ...she's a > worship leader...sings beautifully, God has given her a valuable > gift. Guest guest
-You're right, humor is of utmost importance to me...gets me through the valleys, that's for sure. I enjoyed my days off...visited a good friend, saw a 10 day old baby named Olivia, always so wonderful to hold those newborns! And saw the wildlife I miss, mind you in Red Deer we have a park Kin Canyon where deer regularly romp through and there's one field in the middle of the city where you see them pass by occasionally. Guest guest
Sunny that sounds fabulous! I would like to move closer to more nature - until then it is wild kingdom indoors with kitties and fish and a turtle and until recently, frogs. > > > I was at my son's babysitting this weekend..They went to > > a Youth > > > Retreat as leaders, with my 13 yr. old granddaughter > ...she's > > a > > > worship leader...sings beautifully, God has given her a valuable > > > gift. Guest guest
That's cute! Yes, my wild kingdom is now my 18 yr. old cat " Cutie " inherited when my only sister died 4 yrs. ago. And 2 goldfish. Had a hermit crab, but he died last week. Take good care of yourself! You're worth it! Guest guest
Bless you Sunny - you are such a giving person - the fact that your sister didn't have to worry who would take care of Cutie - thank you for doing that. I'm sorry about your hermit crab. Keep us posted on your outdoors adventures - I looked up that place you mentioned and I believe you are in Alberta, is that right?? I bet it is beautiful there!!!!
