Guest guest
Sis, Do you mind my asking exactly what symptoms you still have? I am still puzzling over my own-- I have muscle and joint aches, (especially in the morning) headaches, constant fatigue. I still wake up at night, though not as much as I did with implants. The neuro stuff also backed down a lot (blurred vision, dizziness, tinnitus, numbness, brain fog) but recently it came back a bit after I went on a car trip to visit relatives. Things seem to get stirred up whenever I try to do more than just the minimal amount of activity. I wonder about fibromyalgia, but most of the old timers on this list say it's probably not fibro, but more likely toxins. I do have some of the tender points that supposedly point to a positive diagnosis for FMS. It's confusing. How are you feeling these days? I think you got your implants out a few months before I did. Are you experiencing a steady progression? Melmed says it takes about two years to get better. Bindi My explant> > > Hi everyone! Guest guest
I used henna for years-- it is subtle and works best on brown hair. Unlike chemical hair dye, it doesn't remove color from the hair shaft, but rather it adds a tone on top, like a lowlight. It makes your hair very shiny and soft. Henna comes in different shades. My favorite are burgundy and mahogany. It is kind of messy but completely safe an good for your hair. You could have a henna party and do henna tattoos at the same time! Bindi P.S. I stopped using henna because it does not cover grey-- I started getting big grey streaks at age 26. My explant> > > > > > > > > > > > Hi everyone! Guest guest
I've used Henna, and liked it a lot...but it doesn't last very long at all-a couple of shampoos and it's gone. Wasn't worth it to me. But it does really make your hair feel wonderful-very conditioned!Emerald Kittee <emeraldkittee@...> wrote: Sis and Bindi,Did you gals ever try henna? I know your hair should be 'grown out' ie, virginal, but I hear alot about it being good for sensitive people. I never have, but a close friend did and it came out a beautiful shade. She has severe asthma and is a very natural girl so she can't use chemical color - she also said it grew out nicely, no line of demarkation (sp?) etc. > > > Hey Leyna,> > > I am so glad you are feeling so energetic.
