Guest guest
Hi , Several weeks before surgery as well as after, I experienced gas that rumbled in the bowel, usually on the lower side. It was uncomfortable, but I wouldn't say it was painful. I got immediate relief from pain and gas after the first cleanse, but it wasn't until after the 2nd cleanse that all symptoms subsided. The first five cleanses I did were at two week intervals; six and seven were done at one month intervals. It's been over four months now, and I feel as if I'd never had surgery, or any problems whatsoever. I have continued to make changes in my diet, i.e. more fruits and veggies. On a side note: I just purchased a good quality juicer, and made myself carrot, beet and radish juice this evening! Adrienne --- <sbulmer@...> wrote: > Hi Adrienne, > What type of gas did you have ?
