Another note:

The Epsoms really opened me up again. After the second drink (8pm)

around 9pm had massive diarriha, visiting the toilet 10 times before

the 10pm drink. I eliminated any foods (for the whole mmonth haha)

within that hour, getting my body ready for the oil magic mixture.

I even had a few stones before the oil drink.

The double oil (1 full cup instead of 1/2 cup) I didn't finish. The

second 1/2 I didn't finish all the way because I felt like gagging on

that much oil.

Slept like a baby on my back and then right side. Woke at 5am to

eliminate more. Drank the Epsom 6am and 8am. Eliminated intil around

12 noon. Ate lunch and went to the mall. Felt alittle dehydrated so

had to drink a lot of water while walking around.

Overall, it was a great success.

Hi Ruth,

I've been into this flush for 2 to 3 months now. I always space them

exactly two weeks apart. I want to get to the core so that I can

switch to once a month and then twice a year. As long as they are

coming out but the hundreds I need to continue detoxing my liver of

all those years of Mcs and Dominos. :-)

Barry, wow! Congradulations! What a great report. I did the same exact flush for

my forth flush and had not much success. Funny how things go isn't it. I'll keep

trying different things. Don't think I'm empty yet. I have one question for you

regarding " 1,000,000 pieces of little grainy sand stuff " how do you count that?

Just kidding. ;-) I just sort of estimate mine in cupsworth since I use a

collander. You go guy! Hope your honey is having as much success...

I actually did count the sandy stuff and it came to exactly 1,000,000.

hahaha

My spouse has done 2 flushes. First one was good but her second she

got nothing. Well, some sludge. She may try again. She has no pain

and doesn't want to bother with it. Maybe later in life? At least she

will know what to do. :-)

The results for different people can be for many different factors as

you know. Weight, age, what you've eaten, etc. I'm 39 and weigh

160lbs now. 6' tall. I weighed 170 in December. If for nothing else,

I've gotten my weight back to where I feel comfortable with the

flushing and dieting.

Also, I try and fast for two days prior to flushing. Only light

fruits, light veggies, etc.
