Guest guest
My motivation for losing weight? Oh, there must have been hundreds of them. Specifically here are a few of the things I thought about when I thought about getting thin. 1. To be able to wear form-fitting clothing and not have the form it was fitting be reminiscent of the Michelin Man. 2. To have knees and feet that didn't scream with every step. 3. To eliminate lower back pain that has been constant since 1980. (It's still there, but only slightly . . . . it's so much less painful than it was!) 4. To have my husband look at me and feels as though he was drooling in anticipation of fleshly pleasures rather than as a result of lusting after whatever sweet treat I happened to be holding at the time. 5. To be able to wear a dress I saw in a magazine . . . I'll never forget it . . . pink, tight, about a zillion buttons up the back from hem to neckline. Very sexy. I don't have that dress . . . but I COULD if I wanted to! And I'd look DANG good in it! 6. To live to a ripe old age and just look ripe, not old. 7. To avoid the illnesses to which I am genetically predisposed . . . . diabetes, heart disease, cancer, stroke. Terry
