I'm sending most everything to my earthlink e-mail and putting in folder for

myself and folks I meet on the run. I sent away for three of MCkenna's

books..Thanks.

When I feel a bit later I  think I'll start to end my e-mails with " Love

" ...like you do.....it's nice to just read, and see. My parents didn't

instill this powerful word so it's time I do.

Again Thanks..

April

I cant stay online much longer today but before I go I want to show you this

I will post more about this when I get time

This is what is going on in fibro, and why we get so much pain and foggy head

I do not agree with this doctors medicine protocol, we dont need any of them

but I i am showing you this because it will many belp you understand better how

the ketosis is helping

Notice that the doctor says we are high in glutamate and hing in substance P,

and then he says we are low in dopamine, seratonin and other neurons

What happens when we enter ketosis is the body turns the glutamate into GABa and

as the GABA decrease the substance p goes down. substance p, is the neuron that

is amplifying our pain so the lower this is the better, and it is regulated by

levels of glutamate. high glutamate means high substance P and therefore high

pain, low glutamate decreases substance p so less pain felt

also high GABA means the brain can make sufficient dopamine and seratonin and

other neuron which means we do not need antidepressants or anything like that

hope this is useful

Wish i could stay longer but tonnes to do

Love Joanne
