Guest guest
Wow...! Thank you soooo much for your indepth answer and insight! I appreciate it so much and it has hit HOME for me. I've noticed when I eat low fat stuff I have no discomfort, but like last night we had a bring home 'take and bake' pizza. Now that bothered me some in my upper right side. The fat in it I guess. I'm not a junk food eater, sure a pizza once in awhile or heck I can't remember when I ate junk fast food other than that actually. Anyways, thank you so much for your heartfelt answer to my delema. I think I'm now understanding things some. When you feel bad you don't want to just try something new and risk feeling more awful, you know? But I'm going to do a bowel cleanse of sorts and then try an easy easier or lighter weight type of gallstone cleanse. I'll be busy for the next two weeks, but after that I can lay low and try it. I am traveling this week, so it's not a good idea, you know? Ha! Again, thank you for your heartfelt response, it's so much appreciated!! I do understand what you mean about not necessarily wanting to try something different when you're already feeling poorly. I think we all know that sometimes with cleansing will we feel worse before we feel better, and we each make our own choices about what we're eady/willing to do. And yes, if you're going to be traveling that wouldn't necessarily be the best time to start something that could have various effects on your elimination!! I have a couple of links to different types of gallbladder/liver cleansing. I will dig them up and post them so you can check them out. Maybe down the road you'll do the " standard " gallbladder cleanse - or maybe not. You'll find what's right for you. in health,
