They are sold together. You also need a heating pad. You would rub the castor oil over the area of your liver, put some castor oil on the cloth and apply it to the area. Cover the cloth with a piece of plastic, like a shopping bag. (To protect the heating pad.) Put the heating pad on top of that, set on medium and lie quietly for an hour. It is a bit messy but, yes it will normalize your cholesterol level. Betsy > > 1) has anyone had their cholesterol lower greatly by doing the flushes???? > > 2) Betsy, anyone? Guest guest
Thanks and Betsy for your info on Castor oil packs? And disregarding the " packs " , I have a separate question....has anyone experienced lower cholesterol when it is checked, just from doing the flushes and getting out all those cholesterol stones and cholesterol sludge? I have not seen this question addressed yet!!! ????? of Dewberry Hill " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. In fact the " good " cholesterol is a necessary substance. The " bad " cholesterol is the problem and high levels of it are what can cause serious health problems. This comes both from what the body manufactures and what we consume. So it does make sense to reduce the amount of foods that contain cholesterol. in health, The " bad " in health,
