Guest guest
Joanne, Have you researched real sourdough? I've made a starter out of rye and am making a loaf of bread out of stone ground whole wheat. The natural yeasts that have formed in the starter are beneficial just like the cultures in yoghurt. The Weston Price diet advocates both as beneficial. Do you have an opinion? Sent from my iPhone > These products are not good for us and the sooner we are off all products that contain grains lactose and sweetners the better. But if folk are finding Bees diet too much then going on the Atkins diet for a month or so can help our bodies get better used to low carbing, from then on we can simply wean downwards until we are only on the foods on BNees diet. > > So for anybody needing to do this (I needed to do this!!), here are some atkins products that are significantly cheaper than they are on other sites > > http://www.iherb.com/Search?kw=atkins#p=2 & sr=0 > > Love Joanne > >
