Guest guest
It's been my experience 99/100 times that belly bloating has something to do with what I shouldn't be eating. ... Every body's different, of course. If you're not eating organic/grass-fed beef/fat, that could be the culprit. It affects me that way as I'm gluten-intolerant (no wheat, rye, barley, oats due to cross-contamination)... Beef fed grains passes on to the eater of that beef. In the meantime, you might want to brew a hot cup of peppermint tea... Years ago, an elderly German lady told me this old-time remedy for intestinal distress/bloating. It works. Wishing you well, " ) > Hello everyone, > My belly is still really bloated and it's not getting better at all. It's > so distended it really hurts, at times unbelievably painful.
