Years ago,I went to a chiropractor, who was helping me detox my son from

mercury, and he had me use cilantro, wild bear garlic and chlorella. This caused my

son to break out in hives,or hugh welts all over his body.I was freaking out,and

I called him.He said,it was the toxins seeping out through his skin.

use them in capsule form because I have a great deal of trouble digesting plant

Is cilantro the same as coriander?

It is one and the same. On this side of the pond, we normally say

cilantro when we are speaking of the fresh green herb and coriander when we are

speaking of the dried seeds. Maybe, if you cannot eat the herb, you could

let it slowly cook in soups or broths and gain from the nutrients it would

impart.

Last night I put a venison roast in the crockpot. It has bones. Is that

sufficient?I don`t really like venison. My son and husand eats it.I had beef

roast the last couple of days, and I put herbs and olive oil on it.Still,I don`t

know how this is going to work with no plant foods.I can`t go to the

bathroom,again.Last time I went nearly 4 days without going.Then I went,and

yesterday I couldn`t go.I`m trying to get off caffeine. That always made me

go,but with homeopathy,I think it can antidote the remedy. Also,I know,i`m

loosing nutrients with the caffeine, but in the morning,my chronic fatigue is so

bad,and brain fog,and trying to get kids ready for school. My 6 year old,her bus

comes sometimes before 7:00 A.M.Way way too early for such young

kids.Yesterday,we missed the bus,becasue it came early,and she doesn`t wait,if

you are not right out there, she drives off.Had to take her to school. It`s not

far,not a big deal.I used to babysit my grandkids, and often would have to load 4

kids into the backseat of the truck,The seat doesn`t move forward very

far.Squeeze in,get them into car seats, and buckled.Walk everyone into the

school. My dad just used to drop us off, never had to get out of the car.I

know,it`s a far more dangerous world, and this needs to be done, but, what a royal

pain.Kids needing to be in car seats, until they are like 5 ft tall. Some adults

are not that tall.KInd of had a blowup with my daughter, when I told her I wasn`t

baby sitting anymore.I was just frazzled.Never getting anytime to myself. The 3

older kids were in school, but I had my grand daughter all day.She was in the

terrible 2s and not potty trained.I love them,I just can`t handle taking care of

everyone, everyday.Anyway, our relationship in in the toilet right now.She just

split with the kid`s dad.I am sure,my grandkids are on the spectrum,but I can`t

get my daughter to listen, about any dietary advice.I feel so bad for my

grandkids and helpless to do anything.
