Guest guest
Also, quite a few studies show the low incidence of Alzheimer's in coffee drinkers (not decaf)... Of course, these might have been undertaken by coffee companies. On yet another hand, if coffee enemas help, coffee can't be that deleterious to drink. " ) > Dear Tina, > > For what it’s worth, don’t sweat it about the coffee. Know that I have not succeeded w/Bee’s diet yet so not speaking from experience but it seems logical to focus on getting the fats worked up and the carbs lowered. When life/health has stabilized and you have energy to do more, then work on backing off of the coffee. > > For us it’s been a long 13 years coping with autism and continues to be an ongoing adjustment. Staying home is not a bad thing. For me it signals that I don’t need any additional stress and I’m glad to accommodate! At other times, I look forward to interacting with others even when they stare or react negatively towards our 13 year old. I know this is all to do with my not dealing well with the stress over the years and now I’m trying to wisely listen to my spirit, soul and body for balance so I can regain my health and be a better long-term wife/mom/daughter/sister/aunt/friend. With some intensity I tell anyone who will listen to take care of themselves and not get behind the eight ball because it is surely a long haul trying to recover. > > Blessings, > > Barb > > From: fibromyalgiacured [mailto:fibromyalgiacured ] On Behalf Of tina > Sent: Thursday, January 26, 2012 11:30 AM > To: fibromyalgiacured > Subject: Re: A Clip showing what the diet can do > > I went out and bought some cider vinegar.Met my friend with fibro for a cup of coffee, and attempted to talk to her about this diet.I know,I need to get off coffee.I`m so cold, and I like a warm cup of something. It warms my freezing hands, and my insides, but I need something, that is not detramental to my diet. So,I do drink ginger tea off and on,and I don`t have any.I have peppermint. My friend and I,both feel so isolated and rarely get out of the house,so,going for a cup of coffee and conversation,is like a vacation. The internet,is also,my link to the outside world.Almost 18 years with my son,and I had to quit work, due to his health issues, and behavior problems. The older I get, seems I have more social anxiety, than I did when younger. When I take him out in oublic with me,people stare. Some people it seems can relate,as they are probably dealing with the same.Besides his behavior, though,he has always had a real bad problem with gassiness, and that draws stares, besides his weird behavior.I know his digestion is bad.I find myself just wanting to stay home a lot. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Pam > > > > > > > > > > > > Is cilantro the same as coriander? Guest guest
Thankyou for your reply,Barb.Yes,sometimes, staying home is a blessing,as,when I was working,I was really, really, stressed, all the time. When I had my grand daughter all day, with no break from kids,it was stressed. If I don`t get time to myself,I get stressed.I can`t cope very well. The only thing is,I feel like I have no life.Isolated.But,it is less stressfull, than trying to hold a job.I was a single parent, and had a baby with severe health problems, and a 9 year old daughter.I think, she is undiagnosed on the spectrum. When she became a teen, and I was trying to hold on to my job,it was not a good time, for any of us.It was just the 2 of us,after my divorce, and when Her half brother came along iwth all his problems, she got shoved to the back burner. My youngest is also undiagnosed on the spectrum,I believe, and can`t get any help for her,so paying out of pocket for somethings,I hope will help.I just worry,as I already have 1 child that will require life long care, and I don`t want to worry about another. > > > > > > > > > > > > Pam > > > > > > > > > > > > Is cilantro the same as coriander?
