Guest guest
In addition to the serraptase mentioned, fish oil is highly beneficial against all kinds of inflamation. hansoan1 wrote: >Can anyone recommend a natural method of decreasing inflammation? > > > > > >

Guest guest
Can anyone recommend a natural method of decreasing inflammation? Here are a few things for decreasing inflammation, these are all vitamins recommended for MS. Zinc/Copper, fatty acids such as Flaxseed Oil, and Evening Primrose oil, I think EPO is very important because it also helps in time to build healthy nerves. Check out everything for yourself before taking my word for it.
Guest guest
I am using a couple products from VivaTRU that are natural anti- inflammatory supplements. Pure Relief is a natural cox 2 inhibitor, but does not inhibit cox 1. 2 enzyme causes inflamation, cox 1 enzyme is important for maintaining the stomach lining, among other things. So you don't want to inhibit cox 1, only cox 2. NSAIDs, and aspirin inhibit both cox 2 and cox 1. Pure Relief is made with Fucoidan, which comes from brown algea, and it also has green shell mussel powder, and a few other natural ingredients. I am also taking a freeze dried Noni capsule supplement. It is also a natural anti-inflammatory. When my oral lichen planus (auto immune disorder: causes sores in the mouth) became painful with inflamation I took 2 Noni capsules, and the pain was gone the next morning. You can email me if you want more information about these natural anti-inflammatory supplements. Guest guest
Magnets, far-infrared wraps (good for pain too), aloe vera juice, cetyl meristoleate, arnica or Traumeel homeopathic remedy (excellent for acute inflammation, not to sure about chronic), to name a few off the top of my head. Guest guest
Here's a good site that explains inflammation and hormone imbalance. It also talks about food triggers. Click on the titles of the chapters to get an indepth explanation of why we get inflammation and what to do about it. http://www.womentowomen.com/inflammation/index.asp > > Can anyone recommend a natural method of decreasing inflammation? > > Here are a few things for decreasing inflammation, these are all vitamins > recommended for MS. > Zinc/Copper, fatty acids such as Flaxseed Oil, and Evening Primrose oil, I > think EPO is very important because it also helps in time to build healthy > nerves.
