Guest guest
Hi Paz. They were probably subtracting the fiber, which reduces the carb total.I used to buy gluten free grains and make my own bars, but with Bee's diet , I do not eat grains. For a snack, I eat a boiled egg with sea salt, or some red bell peppers when I have to carry my lunch somewhere. Joanne can give you more info on the Atkins bars. I think they have some artificial stuff in them. c > > Hi everybody, I would like to buy some Atkins snack bars for my son. He needs a snack every day at school and I don't want to buy these horrible snacks they offer at the supermarket. I just have a question. I took a look today at them in Publix (Supermarket in Miami) and the outside package said maximum 3 real carbs, but when I took a look at the portion nutrients, they have 13 or 17 (don't remember well) carbs per bar. Is there a difference between real carbs and other carbs? if somebody knows please explain. > I also wanted to buy low-carb bread from n bakery for my son. Is this something we can also eat? Please advice. > Thank you. > Paz. >
