dandelion root coffee and liver cleanse

Is dandelion root coffee good to clean out the liver and repair

damage? Can you drink too much of the coffee substitute or can I

drink all i want to since dandelion is considered very safe? A person

at a health food store told me to never use dandelion if gall bladder

problems runs in my family even though I never have had troubles with

mine so far.
