Re: Paz/Judy buckwheat a seed, I did not know that

I thought buckwheat was a grass, probably the same thing as calling it a

seed. Anyway, we agree it's not a grain. Even so...

Joanne, please take note - even though buckwheat is not a grain, it still

set off my cravings as if I was having something sweet. It might still have

too much carb content, I don't kow, but even if it doesn't it's an unsafe

food for me (if I had to for some reason, rice is a safer food for me than

buckwheat).
