stimulation device trial

I have three more days on my trial Nerve stimulation device. I'm still

having mixed feeling about it , and also a few problems with it.

Of course the site where they installed the lead still hurts at a 5 or a 6. But

that will go away. we are having a slight problem keeping the

tingling feeling in the right place, it keeps wanting to farther down

my side than where it should stay for the best affect.

They have adjusted that twice. Also it starts pulsing a lot, in place of the

steady pulse that seems to work for me. He said there is no doubt he is going to

have to place another lead in it also.

This one has missed my abdomen pain all together, which is a really bad place

for me. My doctor and the representative from the maker have both said almost

all of the problems will take care of themselves once the real leads grow in and

stop moving around.

For the people that have had this done already does this sound reasonable to

you?
