I think mine was brought on by years of a stressful marriage, an unexpected

pregnancy with complications after delivery.  The complications included a

fever for weeks which doctors automatically think you have a kidney infection

and treat you as though you do.  Then I developed 2 blood clots and was

hospitalized.  That is when all my trouble started.  Then all kinds of test

with everything normal.  Then anti-depressants because they thought it was in

my head.  Like you, I say yes I am depressed because I hurt all the time and am

exhausted and doctors are of no help. 7 1/2 years later I was diagnosed with

fibromyalgia and what they want to do is give muscle relaxers,sleep medication

and such.  I just don't want to be dependent on drugs.

I'm quite new here. About a day. I'm really interested in what has triggered

Fibromyalgia for other people in this group. For me, but can't be sure... Stress

& Ross River Virus.
