If someone ever writes a book about Silicone Poisoning, I think a great cover would be to have a before and after shot of a woman posing semi-nude. (Topless.) Side by side. In the first shot, her hands over her implanted breasts. Then a second shot in the same pose, but after she's explanted with her hands over implants placed over her breasts that have been removed and look black and brown. Basically to show that people that they may have seen full breasts on the outside, but deadly bags of bacteria were on the inside. The "after" shot would also make a great image to circulate with words underneath it like: "Am I sexy now?" or "Is my cleavage still sexy if this is what was creating it?" (Something to that affect.) It would also be an eye catcher to cover a pamphlet if anyone ever makes one.
