Can we take a poll on this? I'd be interested to know (even from the

lurkers) who uses which side or a combination. Is anyone else curious?

As for me, I've done cleanses where I've laid on the right side and some

where I've alternated. I haven't, though, done one where I laid on my back.

I might try that next time.

Well, , Dr. says right side, Dr. Cabot has a recipe that says

right side and Dr. says lie on your back with yourself propped a little

bit. The first time that I tried Dr. 's method, I passed just as many

stones. So I really don't know what's best. I do alternate, though. That's

just me.
