You can see on youtube some of the faceoff of Dr Oz and Taubes. is

into low carb/high fat, and written some really good articles and books, and has

excellent cholesterol readings. you can read most of his articles on his

website. Dr oz says he ate one day like , and got sick, although Oz may have

used very processed meats. Of course, going from high to low carb, high fat in

one day will make you feel awful.

Mercola sometimes promotes, but of late Dr Oz does seem to be a bit more into

the low carbing

complaining about the over use of antibiotics and immunizations. This is perhaps

the main reason why I like him

look like a decent guy. And although a lot of this paleo and weston price stuff

is pretty new to him, i don't think he has totally written it off

interesting as Dr. Mercola doesn’t believe in people using a lot of drugs. Dr.

Oz is starting to promote more and more natural products, but not as much as Dr.

Mercola does. By the commercials it looks like a lot of sparks are going to be

flying.
