Re: April 1g protein 3.5 g fat

Joanne, this is very helpful thank you! I'm actaully a lot closer to my

goal now than before. I am under 20 grams of carb even though I think you

said around 50 is ok? When I am having all this fat and protein I simply

don't want vegetables anymore, so it's an effort to have what I do. I

really pushed it to have some cauli and brussel sprouts yesterday. Today I

will make a point of having some asparagus.

Even though I'm under 20g of carbs, I'm still feeling really hungry (not

for carbs luckily, just hungry in general). It's strange because even

having Pau D'arco tea with nothing in it made me hungry, sometimes even

plain water can do that! What's going on?

I'll buy some ketostix tday, but how many days of really low carb does it

take for ketosis to happen?
