Since many of you are so experienced in flushing on a regular basis, l was

wondering how many of you have actually gotten ropies out just from flushing

with the oliveoil, grapefruit,epsomsalts formula?

No ropies here, Terri...the e.s. flushes the colon of immediate debris and opens

the ducts of the liver gallbladder so all you get the next day or so are stones.
