Guest guest
As long as you are only spotting today, no heavy flow, I would count tomorrow as CD 1. I temped during AF, but you don't *have* to. Some women choose not to temp during, but I did in order to see the entire picture. So, go ahead and start temping tomorrow morning!! Yippeee! You'll get used to it, it will just seem like a chore at first! Take care! Hart Baby Bean Due 30 June 2002 I started spotting this afternoon. Should I start with my temp taking in the morning? Or do I wait for my period to get heavier? Sorry to sound so dumb, but I've never had to do any of this before and you have become a great comfort. And are so full of Knowledge!! Guest guest
I will tell her about Bee`s diet.Once she starts something, she wants to see it through for a bit to see if it will work. She started this blood type diet and said she would give it a few months. Then, maybe she will try Bee`s diet.Big thing, though, she has had this for 18 years, and feels like giving up,nothing is going to cure her. That is how she see`s it.I keep telling her,I have seen people on the internet with fibro that are better using certain things, but she has tried so many things and nothing has helped, and she feels defeated, depressed. Her husband doesn`t support her doing any alternative therapy.Insurance doesn`t pay.She was interested in the dopamine thing mentioned in that book,so I ordered it.Thankyou for your reply .If not using a anti fungal,I imagine the die off wouldn`t bee so bad,but do really get rid of candida? Subject: Re: Tina To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Thursday, February 3, 2011, 11:18 PM Â Hi Tina, I started gradually on Bee's diet. I was not on a lot of sugar or wheat before that, so it may have been easier for me. I mostly had diarrhea, once in a while a mild headache, or just start coughing up mucus. There were times though, I felt more tired, and I figured it was just my body needing more rest, or getting used to running on fat. I managed to work part time and do my house work, and do some extra income making sales, but still had only myself at home to take care of. I can understand if you have a kid to take care of. My energy level eventually got better overall. Was your friend on Bee's diet? Her diet is different anyway from other candida fight groups. She does not try to kill off the candida, just help our immune system to take care of the problem. The only anti-fungal we take is coconut oil, and that is for its other benefits. The diet took away a lot of my pain. C. > > Thankyou for your reply.I was once on Bee`s group. My friend has tried treating candida before. The big problem, you get so sick from the die off,and she has to special needs kids to take care of,that she has been unable to go through it for any leangth of time.Same with me,I have a special needs child and a 5 year old.Very hard to be that sick and be able to function. She is interested in the dopamine thing, mentioned in the book The Fibromyalia cure. Her dad has Parkinson`s and she said, that has to do with dopamine or something as well.Tina >
