Guest guest
Thanks for the replies to my previous posts. I did a flush this weekend with Epsom salts and re-read the book I follow where it talks about how it is necessary to have a colonic after a flush to remove any stones that may get trapped in the colon. This got me thinking - the epsom salts help flush the stones out of our body in double quick time, would NOT taking epsom salts just mean that the stones/chaff etc get removed the next day embedded safely in a normal BM, without being pushed into hiding places in the colon ? The only disadvantage is there would be no epsom salts to help keep the vile ducks open. Am I right in thinking that cholesterol stones are normally discharged in our BM's without us knowing? I think they have to be otherwise they would just build up. Not wanting to reopen the argument about whether the stones are just processed olive oil but I understood it that we should keep doing flushes until stones stop coming out. If stones were just olive oil, they would never stop coming out, would they ? P.S. I wrote vile ducks on purpose. My girlfriend calls them these and it makes me smile.. _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
Guest guest
, >to say that this made me smile, too. (I figured it was on purpose) > in health, > (who needed a smile this morning - thanks) I'm glad it was actually funny. I added the PS just to make sure people were laughing with me not at me :-) . _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
Guest guest
, I can tell you what I think happens, but a lot of my knowledge is by personal experience and what I've read on-line. The Epsom salts (before the oil drink) will open the digestive organs, ducts, etc, and allow you to eliminate faster to clean out your system. The oil will move the stones out of your liver (softer cholesterol stones, globs, sludge, grainy sandy stuff) and ducts, also from your GB (newer cholesterol stones and harder calcified stones) into the intestine. Then the 'after oil' Epsom drinks will once again open ducts and digestive organ to eliminate the stones and sludge faster from your body. Wether some get stuck in the pockets of your colon I'm not sure. They are pretty oiled up by the time they come down to there. I haven't done a colon cleanse or enema because I haven't had a problem with bowel movements before. I should do one because of what I've read about 'pockets' and such. The stones will continue to form in your liver as long as you eat unhealthy and your liver is sluggish. You will produce millions of stones (or soft-er globs that could potentially become stones by sitting in a sluggish GB)because of many factors. Diet, stress, genetics, weight changes, etc. It's not only eating fatty foods. Everyone's body normally eliminates toxins by this regular liver function anyway. And yes, normally stones (or soft globs) are always coming out in your stool. I've had 'visible' stones the following day and even a week later after a flush. When you get on a regular 2 week cleansing system and eat something greasy between flushes you may create a reaction in your body like a sort of 'mini-flush' and you will see stones floating on the water. Other times, if you examine the stool, you would see many globs of these toxin liver waste imbedded inside. The livers function is exactly that. Flushing does it faster and also helps the liver to restore itself and promote regular bile activity again. Along with diet and bile supplements of course. Anyway, I hope this helps in some way. Be healthy.
