I would consider risk to bi higher, longer you wait.

I think it is safer to do it earlier.

But that is just speculation.

No one knows what future holds.

Very few woman did cleanse while pregnant, it is impossible to state if it

is safer earlier or later.

Please consult with more then one natural health professional.

You should also become comfortable with doing anal enema with water or with

tea.

It is very important to get toxins out as soon as possible.

Even if you do not opt for flush.

Constipation is common in Pregnacy.

People who take epsom salts, do not need enema, as epsom salt equals

enema, for most people.

But, inducing diarrhea with ES is not the best to do in pregnancy.

That is why anal enema is good.

It may take 1 month or longer for internal organs to " heal " and come back

into " normal " shape (adjust for new shape).

Plus, you will be breast feeding every ~4 hours, .... not much sleep.

Doing cleanse asks for " good health " , so I would wait at least 1 month.

Make sure you stay home first few weeks after birth - do not walk to much,

not force yourself too much.

Especially the first one week. It takes time for uterus to heal.

Also, make sure you stay away from concentrated sweeteners, and instead get

natural balanced sugar from fruit and vegetables.

Concentrated sweeteners are draining minerals from your body, and lack of

minerals may cause problems.

Agnes
