, Thanks so much for the nice compliment! Yeah, I'm excited about the "fluffing out" part, and can't wait till I can see how I'm gonna stay. lol The drains were...uh...interesting, to say the least. They were, by far, the worst part of the explant surgery! Getting them out was very painful to me! And yes, they are thin-I only had to change them out I think 3 times. Each doctor leaves them in different times though-Dr. Melmed only leaves them in one day, so it wasn't too bad dealing with them-just wear a big bulky button up shirt and no one will ever notice.
