Guest guest
The pre-colonic/colema recipe I use has clay in it. It absorbs and draws the matter for flushing out. And I've heard that Homozon, which I'm now using also can get out " ropies " . The " ropies " have the diverticulae (sp?) trade mark in their shape. And Dr. Schulze recipe sounds good too. of Dewberry Hill Eulypian wrote: Some hope that colonics will get rid of them, but they don't work so well. Colonics will get rid of the coating on the inside of your colon, but they can't get to the stuff trapped in the sacks. Something has to absorb it out of them. Clay and charcoal are the only things I've heard of for that process. You can find some intestinal formulas that are for that purpose, and Dr. Schulze has had most of his success treating incureable diseases from the formula he uses. Here is a description: http://www.learnhealth.org/patient/intestinal.htm#2 Treating divertiulosis isn't an easy thing to do and especially if there is fecal matter that is caught in the pockets of diverticula that have, for lack of a better, word herniated. The cause of this is because the matter hasn't been able to move along the intestinal passage as easily as it's suppose to do and the muscles have just worked themselves to weakness trying to get the matter to move along. As noted at the posted website the disease is believed to be caused by a low fiber diet and it's noted as being predominate in the countries with the lowest fiber diets. http://www.1uphealth.com/medical/disease/digestion-disease/diverticulosis-di verticulitis-2.html#1 Colon irrigation, along with a diet consisting of high fibered food, will in time help the healing process so as to get rid of the pockets. As can be seen in the picture of the page linked here, it can be seen how these pockets appear in the colon. The real reason the clay and other fibered foods eaten works is because now the structure of the walls can heal by getting the impacted matter out of the pockets and especially if there is diverticulosis, which is an inflammation of a diverticulum. There is of course the note here that eating a high fibered diet will reduce the discomfort of diverticulosis and work toward the healing of the intestines but one other very important point is to make sure there is plenty of intake of water too. The site to which the link points also notes some good high fibered foods one can eat for dealing with this dis-ease and even preventing its happening. There are other considerations too. The fecal matter is a breeding ground for various parasites but there are other things to do along with the high fibered diet and greater intake of water. Various parasites will take their part in getting the best of the situation so taking such things as MSM or eating foods like pumpkin seeds can go a long way towards the healing process too. Some products available already have that combination available. http://www.aaamsm.com/testimonials/diverticulosis.htm http://www.innercleanse.com/Parasitecleanseframes.html So, colon cleansing isn't something to be cast to the side too lightly considering that in years past the nursing profession use to do it for patients on a regular basis, and it worked to help a lot of sick people get well a bit faster. Guest guest
Dale and friends, First of all I must say that I believe colonics and colemas DO work to heal the diverticulae. I have found them very benificial and list my methods and recipes on the bowel cleanse list this week (and do incorporate clay): http://curezone.com/cleanse/bowel/ is an excellent site for bowel cleansing. I think there is also an address for the bowel cleanse list there. If you want to subscribe to the list and can't find it let me know. We have had some excellent posts lately and you can catch up there on that subject. Some of you may belong to both lists. of Dewberry Hill " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within.
