****I absolutely do not agree with the above statement. My reading and

research finds it is far better to stay under 140 after meals. I do not

believe that after meal spikes will do no harm. I have read that

complications can start at 126. Please understand that this is only my 3

year experience in achieving excellent control.

This is my objection to 's posts. He ignores the research when it

doesn't agree with his own approach. We have told him repeatedly about

studies showing that the greatest correlation is between TWO-hour

postprandials and complications. He ignores us and continues misinforming

newbies.
