Terri ----EXACTLY! I also cut out anyone who brings negativity into my life -when possible. Sometimes, it's not so easy. LOL

I've learned to pick and choose what drama I allow into my life WISELY. We're sick, and don't have extra energy to let it be sucked out by drama!!! It only halts energy that could be used for healing.
