It seems the hump one lies on for the cervical spine MRI would push the

tonsils away from the foreman magnum and towards the brain --- it would be

downhill a bit so you wouldn't get the proper herniation length if ones

head is too far back on the hump. ???

Rosner talks about an MRI protocol. What is his protocal (how the MRI

should be taken and the way one should be positioned) specifically???

Does anyone know?
