You are quick on the draw. I had just sent a message to Ed about the ALS

site, then got another email from you that was sent before mine was.

Ain't technology great? Mike Gray.

Hi :

I haven't looked at the PLS website recently but will do that in the next

few days; thanks for the suggestion. I shall contact Joe Alberstadt

regarding the survey and newsletter.

Thanks for responding to my note.

Hey, ! I know things are going as they should, I was just

hoping for a really big loss. I was hoping that I wasn't

metabolically resistant at all, but hey, I'll settle for average, at

least it isn't high! =) And I finally did loose 1 1/2 lbs. today!

Down to 224.5!!! I was very happy this morning as I stepped on the

scale, even weighed myself again to make sure it was correct! lol

Also, my ketostik still says I'm heavy into ketosis, so I'm a happy

camper! And I have started eating my salads again! Since I got that

vinagrette dressing, it's really helped! As for other veggies, I'm

working on that. I like mushrooms, but always forget to saute some

up before hand. And broccoli, well the last pack I got I had to

throw most of it out, it went bad! Just couldn't eat it all before

it went bad. Might have to buy it again, and then measure out the

portions into little baggies and freeze them! =) One of these days,

I'll have to explore other veggie options, but I've never been heavy

into veggies. Except for carrots, which are now a no no! lol But I

always liked those in the dip I made, which would be allowed on the

WOL, except for the fact that the mix has lactose in it... grrr... Oh

well... I'll have to experiment with some herbs and spices to get a

nice dip for my celery! =)

Question... does anyone know if we can have Cabbage Rolls on this

WOL? I mean, modifiying the recipe of course to not include any

breading or rice. What about the tomatoe sauce though? Does that

have sugar in it? Hmmm... now I'm hungry (well not really, I just ate

lunch!) for Cabbage Rolls! mmm... So many good options on this WOL!

=) I'm pretty sure just about any recipe can be converted to be more

healthy! =)

Welp, I'm outties for now, take care ya'll! =)

Love and Hugs,

Kelli =)
