Every woman I know that has tried that has ended up piling on weight and going loop the loop too. my sister in law was on it and you should have seen the state she got in with it. The Asian ladies I know that are taking it have always been bubbly and joyous but when i saw them a while ago they looked all down trodden and fatigued. They had put weight on. I asked them what was the matter with them and they said they had been using the injection. All three of them new it was the injection making them all ill. i had an Atkins book on me (I usually do, i am always giving them away LOL) Anyway I gave it to them. I just said, you can have your curries but no rice no bread LOL And for crying out loud get off that injection I said Love joanne ________________________________ From: Giannini <_bondgeek21@..._ (mailto:bondgeek21@...) > To: _fibromyalgiacured _ (mailto:fibromyalgiacured ) Sent: Thursday, 16 February 2012, 19:59 Subject: Re: Joanne Ayurverdic and Chinese Medicine Hello Joanne Yes my friends from India who I met at work are calm and at first I could not understand why they were not getting upset like me when the systems failed ( we were in a trading area and its very stressful etc and anything goes wrong everyone is screaming and cussing) Now that many have been there years they gained weight and began to drink and I thought oh no this job is changing you! A few started to get back problems and one who worked for me I told her to work from home so she would not have people coming to her desk and yelling at her....no wonder I had a stroke...anyway I have never heard of hormone injections. It does not sound good. No I dont recall you talking about the two Muslim girls that are on bees diet. I am slowly trying to get my godmother on it Ciao- Ange ________________________________ From: Joanne Ford <_joannesford@..._ (mailto:joannesford@...) > To: " _fibromyalgiacured _ (mailto:fibromyalgiacured ) " <_fibromyalgiacured _ (mailto:fibromyalgiacured ) > Sent: Thu, February 16, 2012 11:12:36 AM Subject: Re: Ayurverdic and Chinese Medicine I am slowly but surely learning about the Ayurverdic & Chinese stuff. You know something their ways are so much more simpler and straight forward than ours. It is just hard to find the time some times but the more I see of what they do to keep well the more I see just how far brainwashed I have been I work with a lot of people from India, Asia, China and so on. I am with them all day, almost every day They are so calm and sweet and like you say so much more healthier. But having said that a few of the women are telling me that they are struggling with carb addiction and some are now using that stupid hormone injection. Since trying that they have been telling me their health has gone down.Anyway, I have told them about the low carbing and some of them are trying it. Did i tell you about the two Muslim girls I know that are actually on bees diet? I could not believe it when they told me. I was on the market chatting away telling a customer all about the diet and out site and so on when this Asian lady, she was only young, said to me, are you talking about Bees diet off the Internet? I said yes, she said, oh I am on that and my friend is too I have been to see them a few times now and regard both of them as good friends. They are doing the diet and one of them is doing it very precisely, but they also have the kefir drinks from the Ecology diet The one that is doing it very precisely has excellent health, beautiful skin, a wonderful calm spiritual manner and just simply adorable. She has four children too. In fact it was because of Candida issues with her and her first child is why she took on the challenge of the diet Her other three children have never had Candida and do not get other health problems either. Her first child is doing well now The other girl, the one that spoke to me on the market, she was struggling more, last time that I saw her, but having said that she had not been doing it for as long. She had diabetes and kidney problems, that is why she had decided to do the diet, and she had seen a lot of improvement but she was still addicted to carbs and was cheating a bit. I told her about how I used water fasting to curb it. In their culture they water fast quit a lot and she said at those times of year when she fasted she did feel better. When they fast they eat in the morning and in the evening but not all day. I said well I only now have two proper meals and a snack. I said perhaps if you get your mind and effort more like when you fast and maybe just try to have 2 or 3 meals this might help. she said she did think this would because at the times when she does fast she is always happy It is strange isnt it how we can do something and feel OK and then just stop doing it. I was like that for a long time with this diet. I used to stick to it and then suddenly just start eating carbs. I was scared of the fat and I know this kind of influenced me, brain washed i guess. But I was addicted too, just could not resist them, just always went back doing it. I dont now though. Mckenna has helped, but i too I just have a better attitude to it. I am me in ketosis, I am definately not me when I am not Love Joanne ________________________________ From: Giannini <_bondgeek21@..._ (mailto:bondgeek21@...) > To: _fibromyalgiacured _ (mailto:fibromyalgiacured ) Sent: Thursday, 16 February 2012, 18:24 Subject: Re: Joanne Tumeric It states on the bottle to take it three times a day but I have only been taking it once a day. I have also asked my husband to take it but I think he forgets most days. Also I wanted to check with my doctors my primary said she thought it would be good for me and my pain doctor wanted to get back to me. So far I have not noticed any bad reactions. I have lots of friends from India who use the spice in their everyday cooking and they dont seem to have as many health issues. I have also been drinking white organic tea at night which I read that about cancer prevention. It is hard to get the balance with him. But I do know that a lot of people do think that Turmeric is very good for lowering inflammation and this seems to be particularly so with Parkinsons if you do use it will you let me know how you get on. Really would be appreciated Joanne ________________________________ From: Giannini <_bondgeek21@..._ (mailto:bondgeek21@...) > To: _fibromyalgiacured _ (mailto:fibromyalgiacured ) Sent: Thursday, 16 February 2012, 17:58 Subject: Re: Nettie: Ketosis Supplements Hi Tina Thank you for sharing- My husband just got me some Glucosomaine supplements for Valentines day. I am wondering if your illness is as severe now as it was then? You may recall that I told you I am using a diet to control my pain and spasm, but that the diet is also not always easy to do when we are not used to it The diet I am on is Bees diet. I think I have sent you a link. If you do not have the link to Bees stuff then please let me know and I will forward everything to you If you have already looked at Bees stuff and you think her diet might be too difficult for you at this time then another way of doing the diet is to use the Dr Atkins book Using the Ar Atkins book will not fully heal you but you might, if you use his book, find that some of your pain and spasm is lowered You will have to buy that book from a book shop, or borrow it from the library In that book there is a section called the Induction diet. It is that diet that you most need to concentrate on. If you follow Dr Atkins advice you will be able to get your carb intake down to less than 20g per day This will lead you into what we call ketosis. If you are in ketosis your symptoms should be less But Nettie I need to talk to you a lot more about this because sustaining ketosis is not always easy, and if we are eating low low carb like that but not eating sufficinet nutrition it can be dangerous Bee has a list of foods and supplements that we all need to take. but right now I suspect this might all be too much for you. If you have just one person in your life who you can bring to this site to chat with us, this will help too. I will explain to them how and why the diet works and everything you need to do If you do not have anybody that can help you right now, then the Atkins book really is your best bet. dr Atkins has some really good advice and if you stick with his book you should find some improvement Nettie, just let us know you are there and i will keep sending you stuff, and the others here will send you stuff too Please do not be buying this medication below WE DO NOT NEED IT. But this video does show how ketosis works and you might get a hint from this how it helps our bodes get well _http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNwvA_KjEr0_ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNwvA_KjEr0) Email me direct if you want to Love Joanne [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
