Guest guest
& Joanne, I have made sauerkraut for years and I always add water.  Enough to come within an inch of the top of the jar. By the way, I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with Dr. Gordon and the gordon research institute.  I happened onto the website and found it interesting,  Let me know if anyone here has any experience with this. I am considering coming off my Coumadin and trying his protocol for fibromyalgia. Haven't talked to them yet so I may not be able to afford it. Thanks, Lovell ________________________________ To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Monday, January 23, 2012 7:21 AM Subject: : Bee says add water to sauerkraut  Bee says add water to sauerkraut, so I am thinking maybe you right, and I am wrong about this. With my next batch I will give this a try and see how I go http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe252.php Love Joanne
Guest guest
, No, I didn't mean I had a lot of extra water.  Someone had asked should they put water in their sauerkraut when they make it. Sorry if I posted wrong. Thanks, Lovell ________________________________ To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Tuesday, January 31, 2012 1:31 AM Subject: Re: : Bee says add water to sauerkraut  Thanks for commenting Lovell. Does this mean you have a lot of extra water? I'm not sure I understand. Thanks  in Abq. ________________________________ To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Monday, January 23, 2012 7:56 AM Subject: Re: : Bee says add water to sauerkraut  & Joanne, I have made sauerkraut for years and I always add water.  Enough to come within an inch of the top of the jar.
