I used to wish I could be the type of person who would forget about eating! I actually do have bone broth that I've been making from organic chicken bones. I also have the nutritional yeast. My vitamin C is the powdered kind (ascorbic acid) so buying it that way has helped to save money as well. I'll make sure to go out and get the vitamin E and Niacin this week. I do have cod liver oil as well. I also have lots of sauerkraut in my fridge that I made awhile ago, but I dread eating it because it tastes so horrible!
