Hi All,

Need help recovering from constant severe fatigue, body ache, brain fog and

memory loss, I am 38 and have a 6 year old child. I am have severe weight

issues (have to basically stay off carbs as much as i can or else i put on

weight very fast and have severe bloating issues) .... depression, anxiety,

getting overwhelmed easily... i don't even know where to begin treating my self.

Have been reading stop the thyroid madness... but right now I am in such a bad

shape that I don't even feel my self. My dr always blamed all of this on insulin

resistance.

Beverly - thank you so so much for your post - very encouraging.

So do I take raw coconut oil - what dosage are you using? how many times a day?

do you cook in it as well.. what about ghee and mustard oil? are they any good?

also in a high fat diet - were you able to have a lot of green vegetables like

zuccini?

Something I found that helps me.  www.buyberocca.com . check out the video of

the viral fish.

Re: too exhausted for words - please help.

I understand exactly how you feel. I spent 12 years feeling so exhausted and in

so much pain I could not hardly function. The past 5 years were hell. I spent

almost 2 years pretty much bed ridden. A year ago I cut out dairy and added some

herbal supplements. Then I cut back on sugar and gluten products slowly. Until

the past week I had not completely cut out gluten or sugar. I started taking

extra virgin sold pressed coconut oil almost 3 months ago. Now my pain has

reduced 75% and my energy has increased 100% from where it had been. I wake up

without the all over body pain and if it was not for my herniated discs in my

back and neck problems I would be pain free. Fibro ruled my life for over a

decade and diet has given me my life back. I have researched for two years on

FMS and the common denominator between all of the people who are better now is

getting rid of processed food in their diets. Processed foods make everyone

sicker and disease prone. Whole foods like vegetables, meats, coconut oil, and

celtic sea salt heal our bodies. When I was first diagnosed and I seen groups

like this one I thought they were trying to sell me something and scammers. I

would not even sign up for them but through my own research I realized that you

can overcome FMS. Most doctors are clueless to yeast overgrowth and they do not

treat thyroid disease correctly. Virgin coconut oil actually has been proven to

raise the body temperature, increase energy, and enable people to not only get

off of thyroid medications but lose weight. I am overweight more than I would

like to admit but since I started the coconut oil and cut out all the processed

foods I have lost 30 pounds. It is literally falling off of me without effort

after years and years of struggle. I had a total hysterectomy at age 30 and I

have not had my hormones straight since then. Trying to lose weight was a losing

battle for me. I was so miserable and literally so sick my husband was worried I

would die. All of the medication the doctor gave me for FMS was making me so ill

I could not function. I quit all the medications a couple years ago except pain

medication. Now with this diet I have cut back my pain medication 50%. Please

read the book by Bruce Fife, " The Coconut Oil Miracle " . Also, if you look on Bee

Wilder's site at the articles or even on-line you can find out more on coconut

oil and celtic sea salt which are both essentials to good health.

I hope this helped. Joanne is a wealth of information and I am new to all of

this compared to some of the group member, whom are wonderful people and eager

to help others get well.

Hello Saisha-You do have to get the b12 liquid and needles from your doctor its

not that costly. You can tell your doctor that the pills dont work. If your

doctor wont write you a prescription maybe you should try the patches I see they

sell them on www.amazon.com/

The Braggs vinegar is great for us it helps with acid reflux, detoxing, it

helped me with my bowel problems, inflammation, skin issues and pain

I use it either making a salad dressing or dipping sauce I use 3 tablespoons of

Braggs Vinegar and 1 to 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil sea salt pepper

parsley whatever herbs you like- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard

If I am not going to have it the dressing I will put it in water you can try 1

teaspoon with a glass of water I do three tablespoons but that may be too strong

of a taste to start with-

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/weight/foodslist2.php

It helps with setting our ph in our bodies

http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/acvinegar.html

Do you grow your own herbs or have a place you can grow your own herbs? Do you

use sea salt? Also if I recall there are certain veggies like radishes to stay

away from as well. How long have you had Hashimotos?

I thought I had Hashimotos but had a hard time finding a doctor who knew to test

FT3 and FT4 but finally my gyno did and I dont have it. After following the diet

of no carbs no processed foods sea salt olive oil and coconut oil. I just found

grass fed Irish butter at whole foods. Oh also bone broth. My husband makes it

and what a difference the soups are. Many people here drink the bone broth. I

started to feel better and loose weight. I have some other health issues due to

a stroke due to 5 blood clots in my brain and then a fistula in my brain which I

just had surgery but I am doing better.

Ciao-

Ange

> So do I take raw coconut oil - what dosage are you using? how many times a

day?

I use coconut oil as a replacement for all oils for cooking and I also take some

on a spoon if I am cooking food for a meal. You should start taking it slowly

and build up to a minimum of 3 tbsp but for healing taking 5 tbsp is even

better. I also have begun to use it as a ltion from head to toe. I eat

vegetables of all kinds except white potatoes and corn. I know the Bee Diet says

not to eat lots of vegetables because of natural sugar in them but I do eat a

few vegetables that are not on the list. The main thing is trying to get out all

sugar. I need to make homemade ketchup and mayo because I did use some of that

in teh past. Go slow and cut foods as you go but start the coconut oil right

away and celtic sea salt. I cut dairy first after I found out I have a dairy

allergy. Then I cut out most gluten containing foods but I did eat some high

fiber foods until lately like whole grain bread and brown rice. Then I cut out

all processed foods like commercial made bread. Prior to that I was reading

every label and making sure I did not eat any high fructose corn syrup. That

makes you crave sugar and have more of an appetite. I did cut out a lot of

fruits but I am not down to just the lime and lemon like on the Bee diet yet. I

eat a little fruit sometmes but not daily. Basically I eat vegetables and meat

every day. After awhile you do not miss the breads and pasta. I realized long

ago eating pasta, cereal, and breads made me feel worse the next day. Do not

fret over the coconut oil being a fat. Fat makes you feel full and stay feeling

full hours later. Low fat diets are what make people overweight along with all

of the sugar, expecially high fructose corn syrup. I used to crave sugar every

day and I do not crave it at all now.

I am not sure if it is was you or someone else that asked about vitamin B-12? I

take sublingual vitamin B-12 from Swanson Vitamins. It is not expensive and

absorbs much better than pills. Of course shots would be even better. I also buy

vitamin d3 and turmeric. I will not discontinue any of them. The turmeric and D3

especially. I have read too many studies about the benefits of them and I know

they are very benefictial to health. The turmeric is a natural antiflammatory

and it does work. I take 3 a day. Also, I did make homemade sauerkraut which I

eat every day to get probiotics. I had been using a probiotic from Swanson with

16 different strands of probiotics. Probiotics helped me tremendously. I have

terrible damage from acid reflux like a hiatal hernia, and esphoghitis to name a

few. After the diet change and probiotics I went from taking 3 prescribed

medications to none. I had a few bouts of heartburn while I was weaning off of

all the foods but now I do not have any problems.

Oh, also I do not use ghee because of my dairy allergy. I am not just lactose

intolerant but truly allergic to dairy. I end up with asthma problems when I eat

it as well as many other horrible symptoms so I will never eat dairy again. I

grew up in the dairy state of Wisconsin eating tons of dairy so it has been a

big change but I do not miss it at all now.

I hope I did not forget to answer any of your questions.

The other huge changes that improved my health is not using a microwave and

buying all organic meat. Almost everything I bought for the past 6 months has

been organic.(Now 100% of everything is organic) Also, I wanted to say that I do

plan on following the plan exactly as much as possible now like I have been this

week. I do think it is important to follow it but I think it is too overwhelming

and you will get too many healing reactions if you go full force. I am sure

Joanne or anothe remember can explain it better. I just wanted you to know that

even if you slowly make the changes you will improve but when I started the

cletic sea salt, started using the coconut oil, and quit the microwave ( I

already was eating organic) is when I all of a sudden felt miraculously better.

I was also following the almost of of the diet rules on food except the mayo,

ketchup, a few fruits, and veggies not on Bee's list. I hope I am not babbling

on. I am just really excited about feeling better. I could shout it out to

anyone that will listen.
